In this interview on Baltimore’s WBAL-TV, author Therese Borchard shares insights from her new book, “Beyond Blue: Surviving Depression & Anxiety and Making the Most of Bad Genes.” In this interview, Therese Borchard offers suggestions on the strategies for battling winter depression. She explains why “winter blues” are so common, and why so many people feel more depressed at this time of year than any other. Borchard also offers suggestions for how to manage depression during this time when it is more difficult to exercise and turn to other approaches that help manage depression during other times of the year.     Wonderful interview…… So happy you made it to the real world and are able to make sense of it all and enjoy what you were missing. Could you throw a rope back here and pull me into it as well?
