have all 10 too – talking about it to sum1 who isnt a professional is often a bad idea as they would never understand and think ur being dramatic. ive tried. talking to a professional is expensive and talking to urself makes it worse. i think ,for me at least, what works is find a goal in life that u kno u can do however small or big it may be or ,that would make u happy & do it.when its done u find another one etc,it really does help with depression if u cant afford medicine or professional help

i think depession lies within those with complex minds..the old saying “ignorance is bliss” is obvious in many peoples’ lives..i’m pretty sure i have clinical depression..i overanalyze every action i do and every action someone does to me..i get lost in my own thoughts and constantly ponder the meaningless of life, i don’t know if there is meaning or not, i guess i’m just indifferent to the thought of living in general, but i would never commit suicide- there’s too much of the world to explore

@HSMgurl12348 Hey, I’m sorry to read that. I’ve had depression since the age of 11 but didn’t realize it…because that was normal to me and my household. I’ve recently gotten help from therapy…talking things out with someone really helps. If you want to talk message me. hope you do better.

@PS3FreakZ getting lost in video games is how some people deal with depression, because it takes you out of the reality that you are living, and puts you in a more pleasant one where cares and worries dont exist.
