@HellsHighwayTrooper well oddly enough, these last few months, i was depressed and i developed a drink problem and now i am trying to get help. but i don’t find this vid offensive. i think it’s hilarious, mainly cos i recognise some of the ‘side effects’ lol. it’s no big deal. a joke should never be taken seriously. i love chris rock. there’s no one more powerful as a comic.

In Finland, Russia and most Scandinavian countries there is a lot of depression because of weather and darkness. People are used to drinking hard liquor such as Vodka for relief. If I ask you which is the best Vodka I can say it is Finlandia.

There are so many different types of depression out there and everyone is unique. To me there are two types, the depression which there is reason for and the depression you don’t understand. The depression which you have reason for such as my wife left me or Ive lost my job is one type of depression but then there’s the depression that makes you depressed but you don’t understand why you are feeling depressed as things generally are ok in your life.

Maybe this works for you but you probably don’t even have real depression as if you did it would still be there now and you wouldn’t be making bullshit videos about how to get over yourself. Mental illness is very serious and you cant just cure it by trying to ignore it and hope it goes away as it doesn’t!!!. An illness needs treating with proper medication as you have an imbalance of hormones in your system making you feel like that in the first place.
