It may take a bit of trial and error to find a depression medication that actually works, but there are a few depression medication products that are especially effective, and which will be discussed here in more detail for you.

One depression medication that you may want to try is Celexa. This manic depression medication is one that belongs to a group of medications called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, and it is used for the treatment of depression although it can be used for other conditions at the recommendation of a doctor as well.

You should not take this medication for depression if you are allergic to citalopram or any of the ingredients of the medication, or have taken a type of medication known as an MAO inhibitor. Your doctor will ensure that it is safe for you to take this medication before you start on it.
