Hey HaZe, thanks for making this video – it’s important for people to see. I’ve had depression for two years and finding an outlet to let me escape from my troubles (like WoW, MW2 or music) has been very important in my getting better.

    Great video man.

@pbkilla619 Not entirely. If you have other people to go outside or hangout with or go out to eat or do something with, its fine to play it every once in a while.

@IC3dMelee Excersise is a very good way t odeal with it. It’s what I do now even after being on Anti-depressants and being done with therapy. The endorphins really help. You should find friends soon, I used to block myself from like, everyone except for one friend. It sucked lol

I’ve had depression for awhile, and I am sure I have seasonal depression. In 5th grade I tried to strangle myself. I actually don’t really have friends anymore at the moment, all I do is go home and play Xbox and go on the Internet. My life is getting more and more crappy, this one kid took over “my spot” in my circle of friends. I have hardly any friends I can count on.. But it’s good not to give up, I mean right now to battle it I exercise. Which I think is good for coping with depression.

@gazza4589 Thanks. I just don’t want people to lose what they have. Because everyone has a purpose in life and It sucks to see people get dragged down.
